These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Coinstatment, a portfolio tracking, reporting and research subscription service. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

02Informational service only

Coinstatment provides informational portfolio tools, report exports and educational content. We do not provide investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, brokerage services, custody services or trading execution.

03Eligibility and geography

The service is designed for users in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, the Netherlands and Sweden. We are not currently available in the United States or Germany. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is permitted in your location.

04Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts or connected systems.

05Subscription and billing

Subscription fees are charged according to the plan you select. You may cancel at any time, and access remains active until the end of the paid billing period. Unless required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

06User data and imports

You may upload account files or transaction data to use reporting features. You confirm that you have the right to provide this information and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

07Intellectual property

All platform content, design, reports, research materials, software and branding are owned by Coinstatment or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, scrape, redistribute or commercially exploit the service without written permission.

08Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected systems, upload malicious files or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

09Availability and accuracy

We aim to provide accurate and reliable tools, but data can be incomplete, delayed or affected by third-party services. You should review all reports before relying on them for any purpose.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coinstatment is not liable for indirect losses, financial losses, tax consequences, loss of profits, data loss or decisions made based on informational content from the service.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
